Officers
Leader's Key Roles & Responsibilities
Each officer holds a distinct duty in upholding unity, respect, and service within True Friends Together — Department 8.
Founder
Fulfills the position and the expectations of the majority and those under their care. Leads in building the HEART of TFT, upholding the 7 golden rules, and defending the MISSION/VISION of the team — the origin and pillar of the whole organization.
Co-Founder
An equal partner and balance to the founder in running the team. Together they guide the members, uphold the 7 golden rules, and care for the HEART of TFT and the whole family.
Admin
The admin must always be active on BIGO LIVE and in the GC, since their duty is to recruit and bring new members into the team. They also train members on how to recruit so the TFT family's mission to grow is fulfilled. The admin enforces the rules, observes who is active and who is not for follow-up, and stands in for the FDR and CFDR when they are absent.
Manager
The duties of a manager include directing the day-to-day operations of the team, improving overall operations, managing budgets, designing strategic plans especially for celebrations and events, establishing policies, and laying out the objectives in running the team.
Adviser
The Adviser is the judge within the team, balancing both sides whenever problems arise. They serve as the guide of the FDR and all officers, and from them comes the final suggestion for the good of the team and everyone under its care.
Moderator
The Moderator represents the monitoring of what happens inside and outside the team, especially within the TFT family. During events, PKs, meetings and the like, the moderators move around the whole TFT department. The moderator must know all the heads — from the head creator down to the last FDR.
Secretary
They are the record keepers. All records of the team like anniversaries, birthdays of each members, and minutes of each meetings must be kept by the secretary. They prepare agenda according to the instructions of the fdrs, they also make the nametags of new members coordinating with the team managers and founders. They take record and notes on all team and departmental events like attendance pressing and make summary of the minutes and will be submitted and approved by the team founder. They are also responsible in posting necessary announcements and events in the team or department wide.
Editor
They serve as the visual cultivators, through their art, they can conceal the message of communication. They will make avatars, announcements, and other materials with creativity and compassion, making sure that all details are in line with the specific topics, has quality and could inspire everyone to use and be the bearer of the art.
Muse & Escort
They serve as the ambassador and ambassadress of their team and the department as a whole. They are banner bearer of TFT8. They are the faces of the team and the department 8. They should be modest, having good character in nature, a charmer and an eloquent speaker. They are the front line in bringing new invites for orientation. They will use their charm and their character to attract attention to those who wants to be a member of TFT family, thats why they are expected to be disciplined and well mannered. Who is TFT8 and TFT family will be defined and reflects on how the muses and escort projects to others.
