Terms of Service

The following terms outline the expected behavior, membership responsibilities, and legal guidelines for all members of TFT8 Association of the Philippines Inc.

Membership Responsibilities

  • ◆Uphold the values of Respect, Empathy, Integrity, and Unity in all interactions with fellow members and the public.
  • ◆Actively participate in association programs, events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • ◆Pay membership dues on time and maintain good standing within the association.
  • ◆Represent TFT8 with dignity and professionalism in all official and community engagements.

Code of Conduct

  • ◆Treat every member with respect, regardless of position, background, or branch affiliation.
  • ◆Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or behavior that brings disrepute to the association.
  • ◆Maintain confidentiality regarding internal association matters and member information.
  • ◆Resolve conflicts through peaceful dialogue and the established grievance process.

Legal Guidelines

  • ◆Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • ◆Do not use the TFT8 name, logo, or branding for personal gain without written authorization from the Board.
  • ◆Report any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity to the appropriate authorities and association leadership.
  • ◆Acknowledge that membership may be revoked for violations of these terms, as determined by the Board of Directors.

Use of Association Resources

  • ◆Association funds, materials, and digital assets are intended solely for official TFT8 purposes.
  • ◆Members must not misappropriate, redistribute, or sell association resources for personal benefit.
  • ◆Digital certificates and official documents remain the property of TFT8 and must not be altered or forged.

Agreement to Terms

By joining TFT8 Association of the Philippines Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The Board of Directors reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided to all members.
